10+ K-pop Artists Who Landed Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart In May 2024 : TXT, BOYNEXTDOOR, LE SSERAFIM, More!

For the week ending on May 4, Billboard officially announced the rankings of its weekly World Albums chart, which records the most popular albums around the globe. Among all the international artists who made it on the list, several K-pop acts also managed to stand out.

See the Top 12 K-pop artists on Billboard's 1st World Albums Chart For May 2024!

1.    TXT - 'minisode 3: TOMORROW'

TXT secured No. 2 on the World Albums chart with their album "minisode 3: TOMORROW." The album and title track "Deja Vu" were released on April 1.

2.    BOYNEXTDOOR - 'HOW?'

On April 15, BOYNEXTDOOR released their second extended play "HOW?" and its title track "Earth, Wind, & Fire."  The album made its debut on the World Albums chart's No. 3.

3.    LE SSERAFIM - 'EASY'

LE SSERAFIM secured No. 4 on the list with their third mini album "EASY."

4.    ILLIT - 'SUPER REAL ME'

ILLIT managed to round the top five with their debut mini album "SUPER REAL ME."  The album, along with its title track "Magnetic" was released on March 25.

5.    BTS J-Hope - 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1'

J-Hope's newest solo album "HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1" claimed No. 6 this April.

6.    ATEEZ - 'THE WORLD EP. FIN: WILL'

ATEEZ followed on No. 7, where they placed with their 2023 full album "THE WORLD EP. FIN: WILL."

7.    TWICE - 'With YOU-th.'

TWICE's 13th mini album "With YOU-th" took over the No. 8 spot.

8.    NewJeans - 'Get Up'

NewJeans' 2023 album "Get Up" trailed at the No. 9 spot this May.

9.    Stray Kids - 'ROCK-STAR'

"ROCK-STAR" earned Stray Kids No. 10 on the World Albums chart.

10.  BTS - 'PROOF'

Released in 2022, BTS's first anthology album "Proof" claimed No. 11.

11.  ENHYPEN - 'ORANGE BLOOD'

ENHYPEN claimed the list's No. 13 with their fifth mini album "ORANGE BLOOD."

12.  BTS Jimin - 'FACE'

Jimin claimed No. 14 with his solo debut mini album "FACE." The album was released on March 24, 2023.
