Seo In Guk Completes Medical Examination To Re-Enter Military

"Reply 1997" star Seo In Guk has completed medical re-examination to re-enlist in the military. The singer and actor was discharged from the military four days after enlistment because of an ankle fracture.

It can be recalled that Seo In Guk officially reported for enlistment last March. The "Shopping King Louie" was all set to service his two-year mandatory service but unfortunately got discharged four days after enlistment because his medical examination showed that the actor was suffering from an ankle fracture which may be agitated with military training, Kpopstarz reported.

The actor even posted a message to his fans on his Instagram prior to enlistment asking them to stay healthy and well and wait for his return after he does his duty for his country. He also left them a VCR clip which depicted his preparations on the eve of his enlistment which he entitled "One Day Before Enlistment." He also gifted his supporters with one final MV of his self-composed track "Better Together" as he quietly entered Yeoncheon County's 5th division in Gyeonggi Province for a five-week basic training.

His label Jellyfish Entertainment explained that Seo In Guk was able to pass all of his medical and physical examinations last year as he was drafted into the military. Following the announcement of his unexpected discharge, the actor reportedly wanted to immediately undergo another physical examination at the regional unit of the Military Manpower Agency for the possibility of continuing his service.

Based on the latest statement from Jellyfish Entertainment, Seo In Guk has completed his medical re-examination at the Physical Examination Center of Military Manpower Administration and is awaiting the results to find out when he can re-enlist. The results are expected to come out in two to three weeks, which will be announced by the label as soon as i's out, Soompi reported.
