The frontman of F.T. Island, Lee Hongki was grateful to be back in Singapore four months after his band last held their concert there. 

The bubbly entertainer recently made the third stop for his solo fan meet at City Square mall's open atrium. Lee told media outlets and fans in attendance that he was happy to be in Singapore, despite the absence of his four other band mates.

The idol member made stops in Taiwan and Hong Kong before his most recent fan meeting. Despite his busy schedule, Lee Hong Ki has kept busy and has managed to juggle various activities outside of his music. 

After completing his drama 'Bride of the Century,' the busy star continued to launch his own fashion line 'SkullHong' featuring cool tops and other accessories. He also landed the lead role in both the musical 'Dracula' and the upcoming drama 'Modern Farmer'.

When asked about his dream role in the musical, Hongki joked "It's so cool to play a character who no one knows if it really existed or not; plus the fact that it is active at night charms me."

He then assured everyone that sleep is his top priority and he will definitely get sufficient rest despite his hectic work schedule. 

The expressive star claimed to have put in the most amount of time for this interesting blood-sucking role. In addition to memorizing the long script, Lee explained that he had to memorize the very specific posture, position and movement of his character while on stage. 

The easy-going star was clearly a joy to be around for fans. Lee was spotted walking across stage to adjust the direction of the speakers to reduce the noise feedback as he playfully told the audience, "I'm in the music industry for so long and I do know my stuff."

Lee Hong Ki clearly knows how to be versatile when it comes to choosing acting roles. In his upcoming drama, 'Modern Farmer,' Lee will be playing the leader of a K-Pop group who ends up staying on a farm.

"The show is really funny and my passionate and desperate leader character is hilarious to watch," explained Lee. 

When asked what he would do if the drama's storyline really happened to him, Hongki declared, "Because I'm Lee Hongki, I can adapt pretty well wherever I go, even if it's on a farm."

He added, "I tend to choose different and interesting characters to play each time." 

He rated himself 99 points as a fashionista, the 1 last point meant to remind himself to keep up with the fast changing trends in fashion. Lee explained that he puts his personal taste into creating his looks, which includes expressing his mood and feelings in his nails, which also plays an important part in fashion.

In his spare time, Hongki meets up with his friends, works out at the gym, with occasional drinking sessions thrown in for relaxation.

"I really want to have fun, maybe get into some trouble, do something crazy such as going on a holiday, without the knowledge of anyone from my company, where I'll bask on the streets, perhaps with a mask on my face and see if anyone recognises me - these are things that I want to try, because I don't really get to travel on my own," stated Lee when asked what he'd like to do if he had the chance to go out and about by himself. 

During the course of the press conference, Lee advised teenagers to "do something that you enjoy, instead of listening to what others are saying... There are so many things to explore, go out and try new things; I've experience so much in my teenage years and I hope that others will do the same too."

For fans who are attending 'Lee Hongki's Proposal in Singapore' the following night where he'll pick a bride from the audience, he gave the tip, "Based on my current mood, I'll prefer a sexy lady for my bride tomorrow".
