One Direction members have announced that a "Where We Are" concert film will be hitting theatres for one weekend only on October 11 and 12, Pop Crush reports.

"If you haven't had a chance to come see us at our 'Where We Are' stadium tour this year, or you simply just want to relive it again, we've got a very, very special announcement for you," Niall Horan says in the beginning of the video.

"You can see a concert plus an exclusive interview with us talking about what happens with us on tour on the big screen on the 11th and 12th of October. Check out our Facebook and our website for more details," Liam Payne says.

Rumors are suggesting Harry Styles may be excluded from One Direction 2014 tour dates and songs for upcoming concerts.

Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend was joined by Irish accountant Alan McEvoy to create HSA Publishing Ltd., where they are both directors, Hollywood Life reports.

The One Direction star has also been spotted at a number of recording studios by himself.

However, a rep from One Direction has revealed that he got approval from the other band members before forming his new company, Hollywood Life also reports.
