David Beckham & Victoria Beckham Eldest Son Brooklyn Working In Guy Ritchie’s SKA Films; Famous Parents Shares 'Pretty Harsh' Parenting Style

David & Victoria Beckham are "strict" parents!

The father of four kids whose experience in football has led him to become disciplined in life is now passing on his learning to his children even in the littlest form like spending time on video games.

During the Kids' Choice Sports Awards in Los Angeles where he received the Legend Award, the former England's Captain told PEOPLE that, "We put a time limit on it. You have to," adding that "No more than an hour. I know that sounds pretty harsh, but I want my boys to be outside playing."

David and Victoria Beckham are cautious about their kids endeavor in sports, explaining that being a longtime athlete, it's a must for his kids to be involved in real-life sports activities.

"It's so important to me that they're involved in sports - for discipline and health," said Beckham, who singled out each of his three sons' strong points. "[Brooklyn] is pretty skillful. My middle one, Romeo, is the quick one; he's super fast. The small one, [Cruz], is the tough one, of course - being the smallest boy," the 39-year-old football superstar shared.

Becks also said that his boys are fond of watching animated films and among their favorites are "Madagascar" and "Planes."

While, the youngest and the only princess in the brood, Harper, is obsessed with "Frozen" just like most kids.

"She just had her third birthday party [on July 10] and it was Frozen-themed," he shared. "My little girl is the biggest Frozen fan ever."

Meanwhile, David and Victoria Beckham's eldest, Brooklyn, 15, who was not present in the Awards event is reportedly doing a work experience with Guy Ritchie's company SKA Films in London.

It has been reported that the Beckhams are serious in teaching their kids the value of money, letting Brooklyn work in various types of jobs, from modeling to being a barista in a local West London Starbucks and now as an employee to Guy Ritchie's company.

"He has been trying out a number of jobs, including the Starbucks job," an insider told Us Weekly . "It's all part of him experiencing all walks of life and really working out what he wants to do. Victoria and David are keen for him to experience the things they did when they were his age - retail jobs, assistant jobs, working for free. They want to keep him grounded."
