Inside The Kiefer Sutherland Feud That Freddie Prinze Jr. Reportedly Claims Led Him To Almost Abandon Acting Career

The Kiefer Sutherland feud that almost led Freddie Prince Jr. to abandon the career has been played out in the media bu the "24: Live Another Day" star preferred to keep the high road.

Freddie Prince Jr. claimed that he almost abandoned his acting career because of the Kiefer Sutherland feud, according to the report by ABC News.

"I did '24.' It was terrible. I hated every moment of it. Kiefer was the most unprofessional dude in the world. That's not me talking trash. I'd say it to his face. I think everybody that's worked with him has said that.

"And I just wanted to quit the business after that. So, I just sort of stopped," he said, explaining his hiatus after appearing in the "24" series in 2010.

But according to the rep for the "24" actor, there's no Kiefer Sutherland feud with Freddie Prince Jr. to speak of.

"Kiefer worked with Freddie Prinze, Jr. more than 5 years ago, and this is the first he has heard of Freddie's grievances. Kiefer enjoyed working with Freddie and wishes him the best," the rep said in a statement sent to CBS.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Freddie Prince Jr. almost abandoning his character appeared to be warranted as he appeared only in few guest appearances in TV series "Witches of East End" and "Bones."

However, the actor worked with WWE CEO Vince McMahon which he said was a crazier job compared to acting, however it was still better than working with Kiefer Sutherland.

"At least [Vince McMahon] was cool and tall. I didn't have to take my shoes off to do scenes with him, which [Kiefer Sutherland] made me do. Just put the guy on an apple box or don't hire me next time. You know I'm 6 feet and he's 5[-foot-]4. What do you want me to do?" he said.
