K-Pop girl group SISTAR has been soaring high on the Korean music charts for the past couple weeks with their latest single "Touch My Body."  Since their debut in 2010 with "Push Push," the four member group has seen immense success.

During a recent interview backstage at popular Korean music show "Music Bank," members Soyou and Hyorin talked about SISTAR's rise to fame.

Soyu shared what she thinks is the secret to their success saying, "I think it's thanks to the composers who write good songs for us and our agency's support."

Hyorin agreed with Soyou by expressing her gratitude to their Starship Entertainment label mates.  "K.Will oppa only had us in the beginning, but our [Starship] family grew a lot. It's encouraging [to have their support] while promoting, and we exchange advice about our music. It's really nice that our [Starship] family has grown," she said.

Hyorin then shared, "Because we promote a lot whenever summer comes around, our music receives love as summer songs. Our personalities suit summer songs and they're refreshing, so I think that's effective [for our success]... We're really thankful."

A sense of fun also appears to surround the group and their continued success.  In response to a promise made that once SISTAR wins "M!Countdown" they would a the funny dance, Soyou explained, "To be honest, I didn't event know we were #1 candidates. It was an impromptu dance." She continued, "We have to fulfill our promise to write our names in the air with our butts this time, but I think it'll be hard to win because there's such strong competition."
