Kim Hyun Joong is a true contributor to spreading the Hallyu culture.

The singer and actor recently heated up Osaka during the course of his "2014 Kim Hyun Joong World Tour in Japan."

Before he started wooing fans with his irresistible voice, the "Boys Over Flowers" star held a "City Conquest" premium event where he met with fans and talked about the recent events in his life, revealing different stories of what happened on set while filming the drama.

A total of 13,000 fans attended the premium event and the Osaka portion of his concert tour. The former idol member sang his hit song "When Today Passes," one of the tracks on the drama's soundtrack.

As his Osaka concert came to a close, Kim Hyun Joong shared his excitement with fans regarding his upcoming performance in Hiroshima.

"I think I'm the most happy when I perform the stages that I put a lot of time and sweat into preparing and share stories with fans close up . . .  I will also prepare hard for my remaining Hiroshima concert and will work to make awesome memories," stated Kim, according to the publication Allpop.

Kim Hyun Joong will be holding the Hiroshima leg of his world tour on August 9 and will continue with autograph sessions in Japan from August 6 to 8, according to the publication.

The "Lucky Guy" singer recently wrapped up his shows in Yokohama, bringing in 20,000 Japanese fans in the course of only two concerts. Kim performed a total of 20 different songs and even brought one fan, who was celebrating her birthday, up to the stage for a surprise birthday event.

Despite his many accomplishments in the Asian entertainment industry, Kim Hyun Joong revealed that he's just a regular guy.

"I feel that Hallyu star Kim Hyun Joong and normal guy Kim Hyun Joong is very different. Hallyu star Kim Hyun Joong tries to show his perfect side to the fans, whereas the normal Kim Hyun Joong leads a normal life just like the others. I spend my time reading cartoons and playing soccer," the actor stated during an interview with MSN Entertainment XIN back in 2012.
