The Cleveland Cavaliers have the best chance to win the NBA 2015 Championship according to the odds experts in Las Vegas. They took into consideration the virtual agreement on the Kevin Love deal.

With the recent news that the Chicago Bulls and Golden State Warriors have backed out of the Kevin Love race and the admission by Minnesota Timberwolves owner that the deal is now in place, the odds for Cleveland shot up.

"Due to NBA rules, rookie Andrew Wiggins can't be traded for at least 30 days following the signing of his contract, a pact that was completed with the Cavaliers on July 24. Kevin Love is still expected to land in Cleveland alongside LeBron James, and in anticipation of the move, Cleveland had its odds to win the 2014-15 NBA title reduced from 7-to-2 to 3-to-1 at the LVH SuperBook.

The Cavs are now the lone favorite to win next season's championship."

Cleveland was in a tie with defending champion San Antonio Spurs before they considered that the Kevin Love deal was final. The actual trade details are still in flux but the essential thing is that Kevin Love is going to Cleveland and Andrew Wiggins is going to Minnesota.

The odds are constantly changing based on developments. An example is the rise of the Cavs and the steep drop of the Indiana Pacers after Paul George's gruesome injury.

"In a conversation with The Linemakers on Sporting News last month, LVH assistant manager Jeff Sherman implied that that trading Wiggins for Love would make the Cavs the clear favorite for next season's title.
