"Criminal Minds" season 10 spoilers point to the mystery surrounding Jennifer Love Hewitt's Kate Callahan, as cast Shemar Moore will return to "The Young and the Restless."

Executive producer Erica Messer dished out "Criminal Minds" season 10 spoilers to TVGuide whe she explained Jennifer Love Hewitt's character.

"Kate is smart, charming, and wise for her years. Her background is criminal psychology, and her passion comes from wanting to make the world a safe place. She's had a lot of personal loss that makes her a patriot and a nurturing figure to those in her personal and work families," she said.

Kate Callahan is also a veteran of the FBI for eight years. Not only that, she's also familiar and friends with some members of the BAU team so her transition would not be difficult. As the showrunner noted, "The rapport feels like friends catching up. If feels like she's always been here."
