It was revealed that actor Lee Min Ki entered the army on August 7.

Lee Min Ki's agency said, "Lee Min Ki went into boot camp yesterday. Lee Min Ki himself wanted to go in quietly so we didn't announce it and didn't let anyone know."

In a previous interview about going to the army, Lee Min Ki had said, "As it is an important decision to make, I'm going to think about it carefully and choose the right time to go."

Lee Min Ki will be serving not as a active soldier but as a public service worker.
