The two leading entertainment companies of K-Pop, SM and JYP, will both be holding a group concert in August. SM will be holding a "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR III" concert and JYP will be holding a "JYP NATION" concert.

These two groups have been applauded overseas and want to focus this concert on their fans in Korea.

SM Entertainment's "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR III in SEOUL" will be held at the Seoul Jamsil Olympic Stadium on August 18.

SM artists such as Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, SHINee, f(x), EXO and others will be performing on stage. With all these artists attending the concert, it is sure to be a successful performance.

This Seoul performance will also hold an international fan tour for their international fans as well.

The "SMTOWN LIVE" tour started in 2008 and have toured Seoul, L.A, Paris, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai and many other cities since then. This tour allowed them to gain a wider number of international fans.

They have successfully completed their tour in California this May and in Taiwan this June and are now ready for their Japan concert on August 4 and 5. 

An SM official stated, "'SMTOWN LIVE' has been touring the world and spreading the word of K-Pop. These artists have the world as their audience and they promise to bring an even better performance this year."

On the other hand, the 'JYP NATION' concert was first heard about at the Wonder Girls concert on July 7. "JYP NATION in SEOUL 2012" will be held on August 4 with artists such as Park Jin Young himself, 2PM, Wonder Girls, miss A, San E, JJ Project, Joo and others.

This will be the third time the JYP artists have performed together on the same stage. They started this tour in 2010 in Seoul and Japan in 2011.

After their Seoul performance, they will be going to Japan to start their "JYP NATION in JAPAN 2012" concert on August 18 and 19.

A JYP official stated, "JYP promises to bring another great stage for their fans just as they did last year in Seoul and Japan. They will upgrade their performances for this year so we hope that everyone will continue to support us."
