Lee Jong Hyun recently filmed a fall photo shoot for the September edition of the fashion magazine CeCi.

In the photo shoot released on August 14, Lee Jong Hyun wore a black leather jacket with a rope that was tied around him. He also did a couple look with Melody Day's member Chahee whom he did a duet song with recently.

Lee Jong Hyun and Melody Day's duet song "To Tell You The Truth" was released on August 14 as well.
