T-ara Boram revealed a diet dance video from the past.

On July 10th, KBS 2TV 'Star Life Theater' broadcasted a special episode featuring T-ara.

This episode was mostly centered around member Boram. While eating with her mom Lee Mi Young, the two started talking about diet.

Boram was very chubby in the past. But through endless efforts, she was able to lose 20kg. Boram's greatest encouragement for her diet was her very own mother.

On this day, Boram revealed a dance video that she recorded for her diet. She also revealed that she was able to debut as T-ara through this video.

In the diet dance video, Boram can be seen doing a sexy dance to BoA's song. She is seen wearing a crop tee, revealing her abs and thin waist line.

Boram stated, "I filmed it so I would look at it and think 'I have to lose more.' But our boss Kim Kwang Soo saw this video. He said that he became interested on casting me after watching this video."
