Group MBLAQ's member Mir showed off his perfect abs.

In a recent photo shoot with the fashion magazine SURE, Mir revealed his body that he worked on for the past 3 months.

Mir said, "I started working out because when I have a kid I want to confidently show them," talking about his strict diet.

During the interview, Mir talked about his plans for solo activities. He said, "I'm consistently working on various types of music based on hip hop. Nothing has been planned yet but I'm preparing so that I could take off whenever I want to."
