Rain in a Lawsuit with a Famous Designer

Rain is in a Lawsuit with a famous Hong Kong Designer.

Through MBN's exclusive report on December 5th, a famous designer for the wealthy in Hong Kong by the name of Christine Park's Gallery was flooded with rain. The designer filed a law suit against the owner for compensation.

Ms. Park lost valuable Art Merchandise through becoming wet and growing fungi because of flooding in her gallery from rain last June. Due to this, Mrs. Park submitted a lawsuit against the building owner Rain (Ji Hoon Jung); however, Mr. Jung filed an eviction suit against Ms. Park.

Both sides have come to the point where they filed lawsuits for eviction and 2 hundred million dollar compensation for damages respectively. Mr. Jung stated that he mentioned to Ms. Park that rain could leak and the counter current from the bathroom was caused by Ms. Park herself.

The result of this will be seen at the end of the month.
