KARA-Jay Park's Exciting Performance for 16,000 at 'MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia'

Music lovers flocked to Surf Beach at Sunway Lagoon on Friday to see global superstar Justin Bieber, K-pop sensations Jay Park and KARA as well as local singer-songwriter Mizz Nina perform live at "MTV World Stage In Malaysia 2012."

According to MTV, the free event gathered a record setting number of 16,000 fans.

KARA was the second performer of the night following after Justin Bieber's opening of the show. This marks the group's first-ever live performance in Malaysia. The group kicked off with "Step" joined by ten back dancers carrying out a high-energy tone straight into their next performance of "Jumping," "Lupin," "Honey," and "Let It Go." KARA conclude their stage with their hit song "Mister," which put KARA the first non-Japanese female group to break the Top 10 in Japan's Oricon charts in over 29 years.

Jay Park decorated the final stage of the event first with "AOM and 1llionaire." The Korean-American singer born and bred in the U.S. proved the fans the reason why the singer, songwriter and dancer consistently tops the charts. The crowed was captivated with his performance of "Abandoned" and Korean version of "Know Your Name." Also performing a balled "Carefree," along with medleys of "Nothing" and "Girlfriend," as well as "I Got Your Back" and "Star."

The female fans were swooned by Jay Park's sexy rendition of "Turn Off Your Phone" and "Do What We do" before his show-stopping dance performance and bringing MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia to a close with "Body2Body."
