During an interview with the K-Pop idol group 2NE1 that took place recently, one member revealed, "We're all dieting in preparation for our comeback performances and for our world tour but Dara is underweight so she actually needs to eat more." Instead of helping themselves to the cookies in front of them, 2NE1 members all sipped on their water and continued, "The agency didn't tell us to lose weight but we want to look our best in front of our fans so we, ourselves, decided to go on diets. We're exercising as well as watching what we eat."
On the other hand, Dara stated, "I need to gain some weight but I'm a picky eater so I usually can't eat a lot. If I reveal my actual weight, everybody would be surprised" and laughed.
2NE1 released their new single album "I Love You" on the 5th of July and received explosive reviews. On July 28 and 29, 2NE1 will officially kick off their Global Tour "New Evolution" at the Seoul Olympic Gymnasium. Even after 10 days since the date of its release, "I Love You" remains on top without any sign of potential defeat. 2NE1 set a record for maintaining their top spot on the music charts for so long after the official date of the song's release.
Regardless of the "idol star comeback-boom" in the month of July, 2NE1 made their way to the number 1 spot the moment they released their new song "I Love You" and still remains on top.
