Depending on how their Sept. 23 court hearing goes, a breakup could be the best option for Teresa. If Joe is sentenced to prison for the next two to four years, Teresa may divorce Joe in order to avoid paying his restitution fees. It's complicated and we are sure Teresa doesn't get it at all, but the mother of four will do whatever it takes to keep her money and avoid jail time, evn if that means filing for divorce from the love of her life. RIght now Teresa needs to hang on to her money tightly as Bravo has fired Teresa from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, the reality star's meal ticket for 6 seasons.
