Shakira is pregnant with her World Cup boyfriend Gerard Pique’s second baby. And she plans to have many, many more. Enough to fill a soccer team roster. If it weren’t for her music career, ‘La La La’ chanteuse swears that she wanted to have half a dozen of babies with Barcelona player, Gerard Pique. Talk about baby fever!

Shakira, who met the father of her 18-month son Milan during the shooting of ‘Waka Waka’ music video, confirmed on Twitter that she indeed was pregnant again.

The 37-year-old singer, though a little late, is on the track of having a herd of babies. In an interview with Latina magazine in April, she admitted, “I would love to have eight or nine kids with Gerard — my own futbol team.”

Though nine isn’t quite enough to fill a soccer team, its a respectable number to start off with.

For a family-minded person, Shakira isn’t too traditional when it comes to relationships. She hasn’t even married the father of her son yet! But with ‘La La La’ singer’s second pregnancy, they may have a wedding in the pipelines.

Gerard Pique and Shakira owes all their familial happiness to World Cup. “If it wasn’t for the World Cup, my son Milan would not be here,” Shakira said to AP.

Her boyfriend and baby son were featured in the most recent World Cup music video, ‘La La La’.

According to a previous article, Latin Post reported that the host of "El Gordo y La Flaca", Raul de Molina, spilled the beans on Shakira’s second pregnancy. The baby’s gender in particular.

"An intimate friend of her's confirmed it to me, Shakira is expecting a boy," the Univision personality said.

Now almost three months pregnant, Shakira and Barcelona star Gerard Pique’s wedding may not be far off!
