Girl group Orange Caramel was recently hand-picked by producers to appear in the Chinese television program "Chun Chun Hyang Sang."

The subunit of the idol group After School performed for a group of devoted fans who came to the recording of the popular variety program, according to the Korean publication Osen Entertainment.

The girls of Orange Caramel, which includes members Lizzy, Nana and Raina, performed their most recent hit, "Catallena." Just as they did for their fans in Korea, the trio went for their "food concept," with the girls wearing their signature cupcake inspired costumes.

"Catallena" was one of Orange Caramel's most popular tracks, with the media outlet PopDust stating it could be "K-pop's next viral hit."

"On the surface it may look like a whole bunch of silliness for the sake of silliness, but just like 'Gangnam' style, there's a deeper meaning behind the colorful antics. The entire video serves as a metaphor for girl groups in the Korean music industry, with Orange Caramel warning that packaged pop acts that sell out with cheap images for instant success will quickly be consumed and forgotten," the music publication writes, explaining why the track and music video are so appealing.

After the recording for the program was wrapped, Nana appeared on various game shows to represent the K-pop group. The idol star has gotten her name out in the Chinese entertainment industry already with her role on the fashion program "The Fashion Of A Goddess."

Nana was seen participating in a sports variety show with Chinese superstar Christy Chung as well.

Orange Caramel released their new music video for the track "The Gangnam Avenue" on September 3, according to the publication Yahoo Entertainment Singapore.

"'The Gangnam Avenue' music video shows the Orange Caramel members walking under the lights of Gangnam street. A great number of fans are showing explosive reactions towards the clip," wrote the media outlet.
