Ladies' Code suffers a new blow as news was reported that RiSe passed away at 10:10 a.m. KST on September 7, 2014. She was 23 years old.

Kwon Ri-sae, singer and oldest member of the Korean pop group Ladies' Code, passed away just four days after a car accident that took the life of fellow group member EunB. Polaris Entertainment issued a statement through The Korea Herald that said, "RiSe received a critical injury to her head and was moved to the hospital. She received surgery for as long as possible, but ultimately passed away." 

The Korean entertainment industry has publicly expressed their shock and concern throughout the entire ordeal. Many idols, actors, and other entertainers attended the memorial service for EunB this past week. Likewise, Hallyu fans have expressed their heartbreak and sadness across forums, tumblr and other social media outlets.
