Before the premiere of "Once Upon a Time" season 4, spoilers regarding Hook and Belle have surfaced.

First, for fans wondering who Hook traded the Jolly Roger to in order to find Emma, co-creator Adam Horowitz says the identity of the that lucky individual will not be revealed until "somewhere down the road."

According to spoilers by TVLine, "There is more delving into his past to come."

"Hook and Rumplestiltskin have a very long history that is blood-riddled and difficult that has been put aside for a little while due to circumstance," continued Adam Howoritz. "But now that circumstances have changed, that past history is going to rear its head again."

In addition, spoilers confirm that a one-off role is being cast for "Once Upon a Time" season 4 episode 7. Reportedly, the role is that of a pompous prince who is actually a coward deep down underneath.

Meanwhile, spoilers confirm that the highly anticipated role of Belle's mother has been cast.

According to EW, Frances O'Connor will play Belle's mother in "Once Upon a Time" season 4 in episode 6, with a possibility of the character reappearing later in the season. She is described as a "strong-willed, spirited woman."

According to TVLine, fans will see Belle's life before she met Rumplestiltskin, and it seems we will see the character as a waitress of sorts.

Meanwhile, spoilers confirm that Elsa will not be the only thing concerning Regina, as Robin Hood and Marian's rediscovered relationship will deeply affect the Evil Queen.

"Who says we're doing a love triangle?" retorted co-creator Adam Horowitz regarding "Once Upon a Time" season 4. "Hopefully it becomes less about the relationship itself and more about Regina [and] open[s] the door to who she is and what she’s going to become.”
