Kanye West Rushed To Australian Hospital! Kim Kardashian ‘Worried’ after ‘Yeezus’ Rapper Gets Emergency MRI

Kanye West was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday after suffering from a crippling headache. The rapper, who was in Melbourne for his "Yeezus" Tour, underwent an emergency MRI.

But rest easy, the music star is reportedly doing fine.

According to Women's Day, 37-year-old West was scuttled through the back entrance of Epworth Hospital in Richmond, Melbourne just after 2pm on Wednesday, Sept. 10.

The rap star, who allegedly had a migraine, was seen covering his face as he entered.

An eyewitness, Loraine Terry, whose daughter was a patient at the hospital, told Women's Day that the scene was somewhat startling.

"My daughter was having an MRI. Shortly after it began, security burst in and cleared the area. Everyone was moved out of the waiting and consulting rooms. We were the only ones left apart from doctors and nurses - we couldn't leave as the MRI wasn't finished.

Next thing we knew, Kanye was stretchered in surrounded by security. He had one side of his face covered with something white. We both knew it was him because we had seen his photo in the paper everyday and we were shocked because it looked so serious," said Terry.

Describing the situation, she added, "Everyone was massively panicked. And they were very nervous about making sure the area was completely clear. At one stage, one of his security men saw my daughter, who was lying on the MRI machine, turn her head and he insisted she had to go. We weren't even properly finished."

Colleen Coghlan, a spokeswoman for Epworth Hospital, did not comment specifically on West, but told Women's Day that no patients were given preferential treatment.

"Yesterday afternoon we had 50 people in our emergency department. All were treated with respect and according to the severity of their symptoms," said Coghlan.

West didn't let a migraine stop him from putting on a show for his fans. After just a few hours in the hospital, he was discharged and later performed at Rod Laver Arena sometime after 4:30 pm.

Unfortunately, it sounds like West still isn't feeling entirely well.

Women's Day reports that the star's wife, Kim Kardashian, looked worried about her husband's health as they prepared for their early morning flight to Sydney, the next stop on the "Yeezus" Tour.

"Kim was overheard telling people they thought he may be coming down with the flu, but she seemed really worried like it was a lot more than that," a source told the publication.

Let's hope West makes a speedy recovery.
