Paris Jackson pregnant rumors could be product of a bad angled photo as suggested by a report but the decisison of the rep for Michael Jackson's daughter not to address the issue is setting the speculations on overdrive.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry  weighed in on the Paris Jackson pregnant rumors as nothing more than a bad angled pic.

"We can say with 99% accuracy that Paris Jackson is not pregnant. As usual, the Daily Star has jumped the gun in declaring this non-news story, especially when the 'proof' is through a bad photo and unreliable 'witnesses' originating from a low-level tabloid," it said.

The Daily Star first reported the Paris Jackson pregnant rumors after reportedly talking to a source who saw the 16-year-old with his mysterious boyfriend.

"I saw her at dinner and she twice made a toast drinking water instead of wine," it said. "That and the prominent stomach bulge got people talking."

"It's highly unusual to toast with anything but a full glass of wine," the source added.

But Celebrity Dirty Laundry claimed to have reached out to sources in the Jackson family who just laughed off the rumors.

"The baby bump? A bad photo angle. The toasting with water? What, a 16-year-old girl ISN'T breaking the law and toasting with alcohol? My, what a scandal. She absolutely MUST be pregnant," the site said sarcastically.

But the Examiner noted that the lack of response from the representative from the family only sent the Paris Jackson pregnant rumors on overdrive.

"I do not comment on her personal life," her rep said, according to Examiner.

Paris Jackson is still on rehab after her suicide attempt in the middle of last year after she reportedly could not cope with the death of his father Michael Jackson, who died from overdose in June 2009 at the age of 50. She's under the judicial care of her grandmother Katherine Jackson and cousin TJ.
