"Criminal Minds" season 10 cast Thomas Gibson was sued by his management team over his $4.8 million annual salary, as spoilers reveal that Alex Blake is moving on but not after a closure.

In a report from The Hollywood Reporter, Frontline Entertainment Management has reportedly filed a lawsuit against "Criminal Minds" season 10 cast Thomas Gibson demanding for its 10% comission for his rep Craig Dorfman.

The lawsuit was filed before the Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Craig Dorfman has been repping the actor since 1996 when Gibson was still with "Chicago Hope." It was the rep who reportedly convinced the actor to audition for the role in the comedy sitcom "Dharma & Greg."

"The only constant in GIbson's life and career has been Dorfman, and now Gibson has decided to burn Dorfman as well, and not pay him for his years of work," the lawsuit said, per THR.

According to the lawsuit, "Criminal Minds" season 10 cast Thomas Gibson has been earning $200,000 per episode for the CBS series, and he's allegedly known in the industry as "Captain Vanilla" because of his "lack of professionalism."

Craig Dorfman claimed in the lawsuit that he's been doing mostly damage control due to the actor's lack of professionalism, since he constantly gets into spats with his co-workers and "making up excuses for last-minute cancellations of press tours."

At one point, he even bailed out the actor from jail for drunk driving.

Meanwhile, showrunner Erica Messer dished out "Criminal Minds" season 10 spoilers as she said that Alex Blake will have a proper closure on the series, said Guardian LV.

Alex Blake was played beautifully by Jeanne Tripplehorn and fans have come to love the character. But Messer dished "Criminal Minds" season 10 spoilers on her character saying she will retire from the FBI and will now be teaching full-time on how recruits profile a criminal to become future members of the Behavioral Analysis Unit.
