New "Big Bang Theory" season 8 spoilers reveal that fans looking forward to a possible Howard-Bernadette baby will have to hang tight - Howard and Bernadette will not have a baby "anytime soon," and it looks like it's unlikely to happen in "Big Bang Theory" season 8.

A Howard-Bernadette baby will not "be happening anytime soon," showrunner Steve Molaro revealed in a "Big Bang Theory" season 8 spoiler chat sesh with TVLine. "We're not in any rush to have a baby on the show."

Meanwhile, Penny will put her acting career dreams aside for a job as a pharmaceutical sales rep at Bernadette's company, creating tension with her fiance Leonard.

"It alters their dynamic because now she's actually doing well financially," Molaro said. "It's a new chapter for [Penny]."

"Big Bang Theory" season 8 spoilers also tease that we'll get to see a lot more of Raj's new girlfriend Emily (Laura Spencer).

"We're going to explore more of her personality," Molaro teased, "and what she's really like."

"The Big Bang Theory" will return Thursdays, 8pm ET on Oct. 30, 2014 with two back-to-back episodes.

According to Futon Critic, the synopsis for the premiere episode of season 8, "The Locomotion Interruption," reads: "Leonard and Amy take an unexpected road trip to Arizona to pick up Sheldon. Meanwhile, Penny interviews for a job at Bernadette's company, and Howard is weirded out by Stuart's relationship with Mrs. Wolowitz."

The second episode, which will also air on Oct. 30, is titled "The Junior Professor Solution." The synopsis reads: "When Sheldon is forced to teach a class, Howard surprises everyone by taking it. Meanwhile, the tension between Penny and Bernadette gives Amy a chance to play both sides."
