Looks and a taste for fashion, "Top Band 2" Daybreak has it all.

On the 2012 Mnet 20's Choice best band awards, Daybreak won the Olleh Music Indi Awards for "This Month's Album." Furthermore, their concert in August sold out within two minutes. They soon gained the title 'Hongdae's Big Bang.'

In a recent photo of Daybreak in their studio, the members are seen in casual but fashionable wear, confirming their fashionista styles.

On stage Daybreak can be seen with a clean look somewhat like the Beatles. Backstage they're seen in more casual comfortable wear, like a light shirt or striped top with linen pants, giving them a softer and more approachable look. Their nickname "Hongdae Idols" is defined by their rolled up pants and shorts, simple yet practical summer sandals, and unique flip flops.

The band's leader Lee Won Suk expressed, "Because our members have to practice instruments for hours at a time, we need shoes that can be worn actively and comfortably."

The style coordinators for the ban commented, "Daybreak doesn't want to be bound by the limits of a Hongdae indi band. Their free attitudes and dandy image are neatly matched by their sandals."

Daybreak will attend a music festival in Thailand early August called, "Melody of Life." Joined with another group called the Koxx, Daybreak will represent Asia. Their live songs and music are much anticipated by fans.
