After 2PM Nichkhun's drunk driving car accident, MBC "Idol Star Olympics" was aired without Nichkhun being edited out. 

On the July 25, an MBC representative stated, "We plan to air Nichkhun's feature in his match. Because Nichkhun played and won a lot of matches, there was no way we could edit him out. If we were to edit him out, it would be a big blow to the program itself and would not be complete."

The representative continued, "It is an unfortunate event, but Nichkhun has filmed this before his accident so we kindly ask that as the show was filmed in good spirits for the Olympics, the viewers would understand."

On July 23, Nichkhun was involved in a car accident with a motorcycle after drinking two bottles of beer. Therefore, many viewers were curious as to what MBC was going to do with his part in the "Star Idol Olympics."

The episode featuring Nichkhun will air on the July 25 and 26.
