JYP Entertainment revealed their side's story about 2PM Nichkhun's car accident.

On the 26th, JYP said, "Nichkhun said that he wanted to deeply apologize to all the people that have shown him endless love for 5 years, especially his fans and family, for what he has done in Korea. He said that he wants to have some time to himself to look back, and will come back with a new heart."

They continued, "We as JYP Entertainment respect Nichkhun's opinion, so we decided that Nichkhun will not be attending the JYP Nation Korea and Japan concert in August, neither will he be attending JYP Fans' Day."

They also said, "We will be solving the problems in a way that will hurt the least people. We apologize once again, and we will be trying our best not to let these things happen again."

Nichkhun had written a long message of apology on twitter on the day before, "I would like to write this letter of apology for such an irresponsible act. To the injured person, his family, the people of Korea, my fans, JYPE family and staffs, 2PM members, and all the people this situation has affected. I have betrayed the ones who have given me their love and support, the love and support I don't deserve with such behavior."

He continued, "I am truly ashamed that I have disappointed so many, and I am deeply sorry."
