'The Interview' Star Seth Rogen Thinks Ray Rice Is A 'Piece Of Garbage' - 'Baltimore Ravens' Player To Sue NFL For 'Double Jeopardy?'

"The Interview" star Seth Rogen is not one to keep mum on the latest NFL scandal involving former Baltimore Ravens star Ray Rice.

After a shocking video released by TMZ Sports went viral Rogen blasted Rice on his unacceptable behavior when he brutally left her then-fiancee Janay Palmer in an elevator at a casino in Atlantic City.

Taking to Twitter his disappointment in Rice and the NFL association Rogen said:

"I don't know much about football, but I know that Ray Rice is a piece of garbage who shouldn't be allowed to play it professionally anymore."

And before NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced that the league would suspend Rice indefinitely, giving him only two game suspension, Rogen lashes out posting a tweet:

"@nflcommish your punishment for beating a woman is less than for smoking weed. Get your head out of your f**king ass."

Meanwhile, Ray Rice and his camp is reportedly thinking about taking legal action against NFL, claiming that his punishment is "double jeopardy" as he was punished twice for the same offense as reported by Baltimore Sun.

While, Commissioner Goodell claimed that the decision to suspend Rice indefinitely came after the second video, showing Rice knocking of Palmer, emerged. It was also then that the team terminated his $35 million contract; like "Neighbors" star Seth Rogen, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand told CBS on Sunday that:

"If the NFL doesn't police themselves, then we will be looking more into it. I wouldn't be surprised if we had hearings," the well-known New York Democrat stated, adding that, "the way the NFL handled" the issue is "awful" and "outrageous."

Sen. Gillibrand did not seem convinced with Goodell's claim of not seeing the second video of Rice knocking out Palmer, citing that reports claim that the tape was given to the league officials.

"If (Goodell) lied to the American people, then he has to step down, because he won't have the force of authority to address these issues," the senator said.
