Nichkhun drank 2 Beers?
It is not important as to whether or not he drank two cans or two bottles of beer. What matters is that his blood alcohol content at that time was 0.056%. People are criticizing the entertainment company in that he did not drink only that much beer. A person's blood alcohol content should be over 0.1% to cancel their license and over 0.05% to suspend a license.
The police announced that if the victim has a minor injury, he will be let off with a license suspension, a fine and insurance to cover the rest.
Nichkhun's short statement, 'I'm Sorry' to be Rude?
Many have criticized Nichkhun for his short apology statement. However, police have stated that these statements were supposed to be short and to the point. They explained that at that time, he was very sorry and meant it.
After the accident he drank 2 sodas?
There has been much controversy as to whether or not Nichkhun did or did not drink soda after the accident.
The police stated that even if he had drunk some soda, that would not have much effect on his blood alcohol content.
Since Nichkhun is a foreign resident, he will be sent back to Thailand?
Many topics have been seen online and in the news about Nichkhun being sent back to Thailand because of his behavior. However, upon talking with an immigrant official, they stated that Nichkhun is currently under a E6-1 visa especially for professionals and will not be sent back home for this type of incident.
Nichkhun and everyone involved in this accident admitted to the accident and are truly sorry for all that has happened.
