If you are hoping to see some of your favorite K-Pop stars entertain their audiences with awesome on-stage performances this week, you will just have to wait.

MBC's 'Music Core' and SBS's 'Inkigayo' have both been canceled this week due to the 2014 Asian Games currently in progress in South Korea.

Broadcasters such as MBC and SBS are putting their regularly scheduled programs on hold to make way for broadcasts of the '2014 Incheon Asian Games.' In addition to the with the music shows 'Music Core' and 'Inkigayo,' several other shows has been canceled to make room for the games to be televised for sports fans.

'Music Core' and 'Inkigayo' will return again next week to their designated time slots after the conclusion of the games.
