Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their second baby. On Monday, Keys revealed to the ladies of "The View" the due date of her second child.

And it looks like the little one is due to arrive during the holidays.

"I think that's kind of cute," the 15-time Grammy winner told "The View" hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Rosie O'Donnell, Rosie Perez, and Nicolle Wallace as she revealed that her second child is due on New Years Eve, Dec. 31.

Keys and Beatz, whose real name is Kasseem Dean, married in 2010 and share a son, Egypt Daoud Dean. Dean also has three other children from previous relationships.

Keys announced that she and her husband were expecting another baby on June 30 in a sweet message that celebrated another important date.

"Happy Anniversary to the love of my life @therealswizzz !! And to make it even sweeter we've been blessed with another angel on the way!! You make me happier than I have ever known! Here's to many many more years of the best parts of life!," Keys wrote alongside the photo Dean holding her growing baby bump.

In addition to her due date reveal, Keys stopped by "The View" to promote her "We Are Here" campaign, which empowers people to use social media to voice their beliefs.

When asked if becoming a mom is what convinced her to start the campaign, Keys replied that her new role has certainly helped her grow.

"Being a mother has definitely given me more of a fierceness and understanding of just what you believe in, that much more," explained Keys.
