Both actors also played on-screen rivals for the affections of Kerry Washington's Olivia Pope.

Meanwhile, Scott Foley and Tony Goldwyn's wives are okay with their love scenes with Kerry Washington in the series, as they confirmed to Ellen DeGeneres during her show, E! News reported.

"I mean, my wife is OK. Yeah, she's fine with it. We actually had a viewing party of the first episode that I was in and Kerry and I had to make out. And we had a viewing party at Jeff Perry's house and my wife was there," Foley recounted.

"And after the love scene, it was sort of quiet because no one knew how Marika was gonna act. And she broke the silence and said, 'Why don't you bring some of that home?!'" he added.

Kerry Washington confirmed that "Scandal" season 4 casts Tony Goldwyn and Scott Foley's partners have no problems with the intimate scenes, as she said, "They both have extraordinary wives."

As to who is the best kisser, Kerry Washington begged from commenting as she said that it's just a job. "I don't enjoy either one. I think they're both lovely men," she explained.
