"Hawaii Five-0" season 5 cast Scott Caan showed he can ride the waves as he was spotted surfing in Malibu. The new first time father even showcased his buffed form as he took off his wet suit and walked at the beach in just his board shorts.

The actor, who plays Danny "Danno" Williams in the hit tv series, was photographed by Mail Online as he was enjoying his time off.

"While out in the water, Caan showed off some impressive surfing skill as he attempted a floater and ever got in a bottom turn," the said website reported.

But Mail Online added that "Hawaii Five-0" season 5 cast Scott Caan "did appear to break surfing etiquette by dropping in on another surfer who was deeper in the wave."

After his stint at the water, the new father of a baby girl, took off his black wet suit and exposed his toned physique. He was seen tugging is top with his teeth while his muscular upper body was displayed.

The actor was in his powder blue shorts while he held his red surf board on his right hand.

The episode, shown last Friday, was reportedly watched by 9.71 million people. It garnered eight percent more viewership compared to its season premiere.

In last Friday's show, "Hawaii Five-0" season cast Scott Caan's alter-ego Danno was seen coming to terms with his brother's dealings.

Marco, a man from whom Danno's brother supposedly owed millions, broke into his home to make him pay for the said money. While no one was hurt during the break in, Danno put Marco in jail to buy time and look for ways to handle the situation best. However, Marco was able to get out with the aid of his lawyer and once again made a demand from Danno.
