According to TV Guide, the official synopsis for tonight's episode reads: "Olivia's friend seeks help when her daughter goes missing. Meanwhile, a national news story intrigues Mellie; a business breakfast gets uncomfortable for Cyrus; and David goes above and beyond to prove himself."

According to Fashion & Style, Olivia and Fitz have kept their interactions very professional, but her lover Jake may soon confront her about their relationship.

"You come here to have sex but you're in love with another man, right?" Jake asked Olivia in the promo video, looking at her through the cracked door while she stands outside his hotel room trying to get in.
