Psy's 'Gangnam Style' Parodied Everywhere

The international interest around "Gangnam Style" is continuing after its release on July 15th.

After CNN did a short story on it, France's M6 TV broadcast the music video on 'LE 1945.' They said, "PSY's unique horseriding dance in 'Gangnam Style''s music video is popular all around the world. The video has over 18,000,000 views on YouTube. Thanks to the dance, there are thousands of parody or cover videos. The video is also garnering interest from Justin Bieber's management company."

"Gangnam Style" has already been featured on CNN, LA Times and Wall Street Journal.

On iTunes, "Gangnam Style" is at the top of a lot of dance music charts: #1 in Finland, #3 in New Zealand, and #4 in Denmark.

"Gangnam Style" boasts of a simple and fun melody, easy to follow and easy to remember. The Huffington Post commented, "The addictive beat and hook are the reasons for its popularity. You can't help but be drawn into it."

Listeners have been commenting on it that the 'Oppan Gangnam Style' lyrics sound like 'Chest Gundam Style' in Japanese and that it sounds like 'Open Condom Style' in English.

Because of the increasing popularity of K-Pop, Psy has been taking full advantage of it. "Gangnam Style" is being parodied domestically and worldwide.
