Ke$ha Suing Producer Dr. Luke For Sexual Assault! Claims He Forced Himself On Her

The bad blood between Ke$ha and Dr. Luke just got a whole lot worse.

The "We R Who We R" singer has reportedly filed a lawsuit against her producer, claiming that he abused her mentally and emotionally, and even sexually assaulted her.

Ke$ha reportedly signed on to work with Dr. Luke 10 years ago when she was 18-years-old, which is when the abuse allegedly started. According to TMZ, Ke$ha claims that the producer forced her to consume alcohol and drugs.

The publication claims that Ke$ha has accused Dr. Luke of forcing her to snort a substance before getting on a plane. The producer allegedly forced himself on her while she was drugged.

In another instance, Ke$ha reportedly claims that the producer forced her to drink alcohol and then take "sober pills." The music star purportedly revealed that she later woke up naked, sore, and sick in Dr. Luke's bed with no recollection of how she got there.

This lawsuit comes a few months after Ke$ha checked herself into rehab for an eating disorder that she claimed was brought on by Dr. Luke's abuse.

A source told TMZ that the producer criticized Ke$ha for her weight during a music video shoot in 2012.

"You are not that pretty, you are not that talented, you are just lucky to have me," he allegedly told the singer, also calling her "a fat f***ing refrigerator."

Ke$ha's lawyer, Mark Geragos, reportedly spoke to TMZ about the legal matter.

"This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of sexual assault at the hands of Dr. Luke," stated Geragos.

"The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Ke$ha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time," the lawyer added.

Ke$ha has also accused the producer of taking too much creative control in her music career. She is reportedly asking the judge in the case to let her out of her contract with the producer.

Dr. Luke, who denied commenting on Ke$ha's weight, is a Grammy nominated producer who has created chart-topping hits with artists like Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus, and Jessie J.
