Buzz for Christopher Nolan's latest project, "Interstellar" is about to be pushed even further. In addition to the recent Entertainment Weekly cover, now the "Dark Knight" director will present his lead actor Matthew McConaughey with an American Cinematheque award. He'll also be surrounded by co-stars Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain, who will be attending the event as well.

Recently in an interview with USA Today, Matthew McConaughey talked about finding a place for his increasing amount of awards.

"You can see it [his Oscar for Best Actor]. But if you want to read it and get a good look at it, you really have to get a ladder. They all kind of rained down. If I get any more, I am going to do something with them," said McConaughey.

Seems that time will come soon with today's announcement that the ‘Dallas Buyers Club' actor will receive a Cinematheque award on Tuesday. Deadline reports that his most recent director, Christopher Nolan, will present McConaughey with the award. This will no doubt have audience members thinking about their upcoming film, "Interstellar." If not, it's a good thing Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain, who are also in the film, will be there to make sure nobody forgets it's coming to theaters soon.

As the reigning recipient of the coveted Academy Award for Best Actor, McConaughey is probably likely to be on the minds of the Academy anyway as they head into awards season. His performance in "Dallas Buyers Club," was a shocking turn of seriousness from his usual rom-com love interests roles. Since then, he's been one of the most sought after actors in Hollywood, and it only seems fair that of all the directors who were after him, it was "Inception" and "Memento" director Christopher Nolan.

With that kind of combination of star and director, perhaps Matthew McConaughey will need even more room for awards after "Interstellar" is released on November 7th.
