A CM Punk WWE return seems like it wont happen in real life even in the upcoming 2k Sports game WWE 2k15.

In recent news, Wrestle Zone reported after Stephanie McMahon appeared in the WGN Morning News recently and talked about CM Punk's future with the company, whether he would appear on the talked about game or even in their TV shows.

She then claimed that: "We've had a lot of fun with him and who knows what the future holds."

Meanwhile, WWE 2k15's release date was pushed a bit further because of numerous reasons but included is because of CM Punk's affiliation with the company.

The release date of the game might be pushed for another month after having conflicts with CM Punk. Punk, Phil Brooks in real life, had a falling out with the WWE recently was already added to the roster but lawyers of Brooks are holding this back to happen for royalty reasons. 2k Sports are yet to settle this dilemma with the wrestler and his lawyers before finalizing the game.

Another game published by 2k Sports, NBA 2k series, which many believed to have "perfected" the craftsmanship of the players' appearance and the movements of the characters, will be the basis of the gameplay of the new game.

This step makes the characters to look almost life like which focuses on the fine details of creating the characters including the character's hair, skin, face, gear and even its creases and special feature on the character's faces.
