Install Android 4.4.4 KitKat update on Samsung Galaxy S2 using a new custom firmware!

Samsung Galaxy S2 owners, particularly those using the GT-I9100 model of the 2011 smartphone, can now experience Google's latest mobile operating system. Accordingly, new version of CyanogenMod11 M11 firmware has been released for the said device.

The smartphone should have at least 80 percent battery to prevent power interruption during the installation process. 

The correct USB drivers should be installed on the computer so the Samsung Galaxy S2 will connect with the PC easily.
