Kevin Hart and long time girlfriend Eniko Parrish are finally engaged!

All eyes and ears are now in "Ride Along" star's ex-wife Torrei Hart, while many expected a violent reaction from "Atlanta Exes" star she surprisingly did not.

Instead, the 36-year-old reality star claimed that she's "happy" for her ex and his fiancée and that she also is happy with her new found love.

Watch Torrei in an interview with Wanda Smith:

Kevin Hart's ex-wife also claimed that she was not surprised at all with the engagement telling Blog.VH1.com her thoughts about the proposal:

"What was your immediate reaction to hearing the news of your ex-husband's engagement?

I wasn't shocked at all. The thing about me is I come from a line of strong women. I'm a very spiritual woman, I'm very in tune with God and the universe. I wasn't shocked, I was prepared for this for a very long time.
Prepared, like did Kevin give you a heads up before he posted?

No. He wouldn't do that. No, I didn't get a heads up."

And while, Kevin Hart's ex-wife has already made her name in VH1 reality TV show "Atlanta Exes," some critics have labelled her as a "bitter" person, someone who allegedly cannot move on from her past and uses her failed relationship to gain fame.

During her interview with Christian Post, Torrei had the chance to answer the allegations that are being thrown to her.

"For some reason [critics] equate hurt with bitterness ... when you're doing a show called "Atlanta Exes," of course a lot of the questions that are being asked are going to be about my ex," Torrei said in response to the misconceptions about her in the media. "It's not like I'm just going around bringing his name up ... I'm not bitter. I was hurt so I do speak about being hurt and I think I should. I think if you can't be honest about your emotions and be real then what is the point of doing a reality show? I don't hide [anything]. I'm very truthful [and] raw."

And while, she used to think that starring in VH1's spinoff of "Hollywood Exes" could suggest more negativity in her life, her thoughts are now changed believing that "Atlanta Exes" changed her life for the better.

"I actually felt comfortable with doing the show with [producers] because I know their track record, I know who they are. I've been approached before but I didn't really know them so I passed," she said. "At first I didn't like the fact that the name of the show was "Atlanta Exes" but [for me now] it's a great name, it's a catchy name. It's gift and a curse in a sense."

The show served as a way "for me just to get my name out there and show people who I am." Torrei is now behind aSkimpy Mixers beverage line and has also started a movie called Yanks."

She has also been able to write a book about "bouncing back after hardships" expressing her gratitude for God after being able to surpass her divorce.

"... Having that strong faith and background helped me get through a lot. I trusted in God. I did a 30-day fast about two years ago and I would pray for an hour a day and plead to God 'please help me get through what I'm going through. I'm trusting in you, I know there's something for me.' That is how I got through," she said. "There was a lot of days when I was very weak and didn't think I would make it but leaning on [God] is what got me through."
