SM Entertainment Won the Trial with Fair Trade Commission

On Thursday, Seoul High Court concluded that "Fair Trade Commission will stop all the recify orders for SM Entertaiment and will charge the fee."

Respondingly, SM could get ride off the misunderstandings about the music fee and the business.

Fair Trade Commission has once paid 188 million dollars worth of fee by restricting the type and price of music of fifteen music industries such as KT Music, Loen Entertainment and Melon.
