With two previously uncovered legendary Pokemon confirmed for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, fans are curious what is in store for the third and final "hidden" Pokemon from X and Y.

Last October, Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion were uncovered by an anonymous hacker through RAM editing with a hardware hacked 3DS and partial decryption of the file system. So far, Diancie has received its Mega Evolution and Hoopa has a new form, which begs the question-what about Volcanion?

In May, a potential X and Y distribution event was uncovered regarding Volcanion, signaling it could be used like Diancie to link X and Y to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

According to SciresM on Reddit, the Volcanion event will be a side plot to Pokemon X and Y. In the screencaps, we see the protagonist inside a command center speaking to researchers who appear to be gathering information on the mythical Fire/Water dual-type Volcanion.

"In order to cause a steam explosion powerful enough to blow up mountains, the Pokemon must have an organ with extremely high temperature that can instantly vaporize water to steam," says a memo inside this office in Pokemon X and Y.

"That kind of organ is unheard of in the ecology of Pokemon, but Volcanion may have it... On the XXth day of the XXth month at the Pokemon Center in Camphrier Town: Interviewed a Trainer who says he witnessed a Pokemon that could be Volcanion when he was stranded in a mountain. According to the Trainer, a huge Pokemon's shadow appeared suddenly. Two huge arm-like limbs that could crush even the land extended from its back, and from their tips, the land extended from its back, and from their tips, something that looked like smoke belched out and made the fog around the Pokemon even thicker."
