The police investigation for group Ladies' Code's car accident was finalized.

According to a police spokesperson in Gyoenggi, South Korea, the back wheel of their car came off due to the accident when the car slipped in the rain.

In a public press conference, the spokesperson revealed that the department had inspected the car carefully and said there would be no further investigation into the matter.

The police also revealed that they discovered the driver of the vehicle was traveling at 130km per hour, exceeding the posted limit of 100km per hour by 30km per hour.

The police department has also said that they will further investigate the driver of the vehicle.

Ladies' Code's agency, Polaris Entertainment, said they received the news regarding the driver and will finalize a statement soon.

Ladies' Code was in a car accident on September 3. Members EunB and RiSe passed away from injuries suffered during the accident.  The other three members, Ashley, Zuny, and Sojung were reportedly released from the hospital last week.
