If anyone can make consciously uncoupling look easy, it's Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.

The exes were recently spotted going out to dinner together at Katsuya in Brentwood, California on Tuesday, Oct. 21.

Paltrow and Martin, who share 10-year-old daughter Apple and 8-year-old son Moses, appeared as friendly as ever as they left the restaurant.

Paltrow even touched the Coldplay frontman's face in seemingly sweet gesture as the two parted ways for the evening.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2003, announced in March that they were separating after ten years of marriage. The two coined the term "conscious uncoupling" to explain their break-up and they certainly appear to be doing so with style.

Paltrow has reportedly moved on with "Glee" co-creator Brad Falchuk, while Martin is believed to be dating "Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence.   

Despite being a rock superstar, Martin seems to be avoiding drama as he juggles his alleged relationship with Lawrence and his co-parenting partnership with Paltrow.

That's good, considering Lawrence recently told Vanity Fair that she prefers "boring" relationships.

"Isn't boring so much better than passion?" JLaw told the November issue of the mag. "I would just rather have somebody that has the same taste in reality TV."

"I'd rather have just a peaceful time," added Lawrence. "[Those relationships] are deeper because you can be your true self with somebody, and somebody can be their true self with you."

As for Paltrow, the actress and lifestyle entrepreneur reportedly approves of Martin's new ladylove.

"Gwyneth is very happy for Chris, that he has moved on and found someone else," a source reportedly told E! News. "Their split has been remarkably amicable and they both just want the best for one another."

The source added that Gwyneth "can see why Jennifer is a good match for Chris. Chris is very drawn to her personality and ambition and talent. There are actually some amazing similarities between Jennifer and Gwyneth."
