X-Men Director Bryan Singer Expecting A Baby; Pays $1 Million To Surrogate Mother Close Friend

Months after the X-Men: Days of the Future Past is released this year, Bryan Singer has a new project. This time, it would be a baby project as he is reported by TMZ to be expecting a baby with long-term best friend Michelle Clunie who is expected to give birth in December. Singer, reported as bisexual in his earlier interview, made his close friend as a surrogate mother to his kid and is said to pay $1 Million for the baby's safe delivery.

The Valkyrie director is said to have bought a property meant to be the Queer As Folk actress' abode near his home.  He is also said to have shouldered Michelle's and the baby's living expenses. This week, a source said that a UPS truck with Singer's assistants in it brings in things for the baby in Clunie's home.

But beyond that, the actress is said not to have received any payment from singer, as reported on TMZ.

"Singer did not pay his pal to reproduce, but he reportedly will "cover living expenses" and purchased her a West Hollywood pad conveniently located a few houses down from his, TMZ added.

Further, the actress is happy to give legal rights to the baby as she will list her name in the newborn's baby's certificate. The X-Men Apocalypse director is also happy to raise the baby with his best friend.

"I can confirm that Michelle Clunie and Bryan Singer are happily expecting a baby together in early 2015," a source told E! News.

Further, the source said, "Best friends for 25 years, mother and father are both very excited about the upcoming birth and look forward to co-parenting the child together. The pair have been planning this baby for years and have been trying for the last two."

Bryan Singer is currently working on the script and filming of X-Men Apocalypse said to be released in 2016 that also has a musical Broadway 4D with stars Hugh Jackman, Christina Aguilera and Matthew Morrison.
