Although the One Mini has a higher internal memory of 16 GB than the T2 Ultra’s 8 GB, the giant Sony handset still has the edge. This is because the One Mini has no expandable storage.

Both smartphones run on the Jelly Bean OS. The HTC model has the 4.2 version, while the Sony has the 4.3 version.

Camera

The HTC One Mini features a 4 ultra-pixel primary and a 1.6 Megapixel secondary camera. Meanwhile, the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra sports a 13-MP rear and 1.1-MP front camera. Both have a video capacity of 1080p at 30 fps. They also have an LED flash at the back, along with autofocus, face and smile detection, geo-tagging, and other camera features.

Battery Life

The T2 Ultra has a larger 3000 mAh battery capacity, compared to the 1800 mAh of the One Mini. This means the Sony model has a longer talk time.
