B.A.P Cancels November Tour To South America Due To Fatigue From Jam-Packed Performance Schedule

By James B | October 28, 2014 07:02 AM EDT

Unfortunately for Babyz in South American, the K-Pop boy group B.A.P will not be traveling to the continent for a tour this year.

According to a statement from B.A.P's agency, TS Entertainment, due to the members experiencing fatigue from long, drawn out promotional activities, the South American tour planned for November has been canceled.

The agency apologized to B.A.P fans in South America who will not be able to see Yong Guk, Dae Hyun, Him Chan, Young Jae, Jong Up, and Zelo in person next month with a lengthy message on the group's official Facebook page on October 27.

"B.A.P deserves the sufficient time to get recharged in return for their relentless effort and endeavor and this is the time," they explained. "Therefore, we're very sorry to inform you that we decided to cancel B.A.P Live On Earth 2014 South America Attack in November."

The message explained that agency is giving full prioritization to the members' health. "We made the decision to suspend B.A.P's official schedule after 'Music Bank In Mexico' and for them to take a rest for a while, because the artist condition is the top priority for us," TS said. The group has already traveled to the U.S., Thailand, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and several locations in Europe as part of their world tour.

The announcement also comes at a time when many fans are questioning the affect of jam-packed schedules has on idols, particularly after a string of accidents, medical conditions, and member hiatuses seen from a long list of artists this year.

TS Entertainment's full statement regarding the cancelled tour is included below:

Dear BABYz, Hello, this is TS Entertainment.

First of all, we highly appreciate your kind support on B.A.P and would like to inform you of B.A.P's schedule.

B.A.P and TS have strived to fulfill our common goal so far; when viewing with a long-term perspective, we concluded that B.A.P deserves the sufficient time to get recharged in return for their relentless effort and endeavor and this is the time. So, we made the decision to suspend B.A.P's official schedule after Music Bank In Mexico and for them to take a rest for a while, because the artist condition is the top priority for us.

Therefore, we're very sorry to inform you that we decided to cancel B.A.P Live On Earth 2014 South America Attack in November after talking with Hallyutrend who has organized the tour. Even though we're fully aware that lots of BABYz were waiting for B.A.P's shows, we inevitably reached this conclusion so that B.A.P can show a better performance with a better condition in the near future; we look forward to your kind understanding.

Again, please accept our sincere apologies on worrying you who really have been caring about B.A.P and we wish your continuous support and love until B.A.P is back.

We promise that B.A.P will come back with the Best, Absolute, and Perfect stage/performance than ever within a short time.

Thank you for your kind attention and see you soon.
